HLDALLWTR HOLD ALL WRITERS TAAPRTK

The Hold All Writers command holds all writers by using generated
HLDWTR system commands. A single writer, a generic name, or all
writers may be held. An ACTION parameter allows either *CHECK or
*HOLD. HLDALLWTR can assist when a full or partial shutdown of the
system is needed. You must have *JOBCTL special authority to use
HLDALLWTR. See the companion tool RLSALLWTR.

 A typical command would be:

               HLDALLWTR WTR(*ALL) ACTION(*HOLD)

All writers on the system would be held. A spooled file would be
 displayed with the results.
