The High Level Language Remove Message tool offers a simple way of removing any messages generated by a High Level Language program. The function performed is RMVMSG CLEAR(*ALL) to the HLL's program message queue. You invoke the function from the HLL with a call (there are no parameters). CALL 'HLRMVMSG' All messages received to the HLLs program message queue would be cleared. This allows you to make a clean job log log even though messages are being received by the HLL program.
