CVTDSPTAP Convert DSPTAP Labels 

Convert  DSPTAP Labels.   Converts  the  DSPTAP listing  to a  data  base file.
Release  dependent  function.    Useful  for  automating  functions  where  the
information about the labels is needed in a program.
