CVTJRNRCVA Convert Journal Receiver Attributes 

Convert  Journal Receiver  Attributes.   The command  takes the  spooled output
from DSPJRNRCVA and converts the information to  a data base file.  Useful  for
accessing how many entries exist in the journal receivers.
