DLYRLSSPLF Delay Release Spooled File 

The  Delay Release  Spooled File command  submits a  batch job  to QSYSNOMAX to
run RLSSPLF after a delay time of  a specified number of seconds.  This  allows
a processing program  to perform functions while  the spooled file is  the HELD
status.
