DSPSYSVALA Display System Value Attributes 

The Display System Value Attributes  command provides a more convenient  manner
of  determining  the attributes  of  a  system  value  for RTVSYSVAL  than  the
RTVSYSVAL  help text.   A simple  display appears  with the attributes  and the
group that the system value exists in.
