HLDALLWTR Hold All Writers - HLDALLWTR
The Hold All Writers command holds all writers by using generated HLDWTR system commands. A single writer, a generic name, or all writers may be held. An ACTION parameter allows either *CHECK or *HOLD. HLDALLWTR can assist when a full or partial shutdown of the system is needed. You must have *JOBCTL special authority to use HLDALLWTR.
