RLSALLWTR Release All Writers
The Release All Writers command releases all writers using generated RLSWTR system commands. A single writer, a generic name, or all writers may be released. An ACTION parameter allows either *CHECK or *RELEASE. RLSALLWTR can assist when bringing the system up after a full or partial shutdown. You must have *JOBCTL special authority to use RLSALLWTR.
