RMVSYSLIBE Remove System Library List Entry 

Remove system  library list entry.   Provides a method  of allowing a  user job
to  remove  a  library from  the  system  portion of  the  library  list.   The
Security Officer  must  describe the  valid  libraries  to be  removed  in  the
RMVSYSLIBE data area in TAASECURE with the EDTCONARR command.
