Regular hours telephone support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Support is available to customers who have purchased a license, and who are current on maintenance.
After hours support is available but must be pre-arranged via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional charges will apply at the rate of $250/hour with a 2 hour minimum.
We do NOT provide support, nor do we supply updates for the QUSRTOOL library. This library is supplied by IBM, as is.
TAA Productivity Tools are supported for the following IBM i releases:
