Telephone support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Support may be made outside of these hours at our discretion. Support is included in the price of a license for as long as IBM supports that release of i5/OS.

We do NOT provide support, nor do we supply updates for the QUSRTOOL library. This library is supplied by IBM, as is. See our QUSRTOOL FAQ page for more information about QUSRTOOL.
