Our regular telephone support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Support is available to customers who have purchased a license, and who are current on maintenance.
After hours support is available but must be pre-arranged via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After hours support is charged at the rate of $250/hour with a 2 hour minimum.
We do not provide support the QUSRTOOL library. This library is supplied by IBM, as is.
TAA Productivity Tools are supported for the following IBM i releases:
- Version 7, Release 2 - (V7R2M0)
- Version 7, Release 1 - (V7R1M0)
- Version 6, Release 1 - (V6R1M0)
