The Check TAA Tool command checks a tool to determine where it was
created.

The command is intended as a problem determination assist when a tool
is not operating properly to describe how the tool was created and

about when the tools were created on a TAA Tools, Inc. system.

For each source member that is used to create an object form, one
line of output occurs describing the important create information
about the object and if it exists.

If the object was not created on a TAASYS or a TAADEV system, the
object is flagged and the source member information is printed.

If a source member exists that is not used to create an object, the
member is bypassed.
