The Capture System Information tool provides a method of capturing all object,
member, and IFS object information on a system. Each type of information is
optional. Each time CAPSYSINF is run, new versions are added to files in a
named library (the default name is TAASYSINF). These files can then be used by
other TAA Tools such as CPYSYSINF or CMPSYSINF or queried by user functions.
