Check Week. Checks a data area to see if the value is equal or less than the
current date. If so, it updates the data area by seven until it is passed the
current date and returns a positive indication. Useful for inclusion in initial
programs when specific functions should be performed during signon for a
particular day of the week (such as SBMJOB).
