The Display Distribution Queue command is a simple front end to the system
WRKDSTQ command. Only a display is provided so no changes are allowed. WRKDSTQ
is set as *PUBLIC(*EXCLUDE). DSPDSTQ adopts the authority of QSECOFR so that
any user may review the contents of a distribution queue or all distribution
queues.
