The Set Daylight Saving Time command allows you to set the system for daylight
saving time changes. The TAA function automatically changes the time of day
when daylight savings time starts and ends. A job scheduling job is used to
change the time of day and then changes the job schedule entry for the next
date. An option exists to reset QUTCOFFSET.
